Agricultural Week

We invite you to take part in the 17-th exhibition of agro-industrial complex of Eastern Siberia "AGRICULTURAL WEEK", which will be held in the Irkutsk exhibition complex OAO "Sibexpocentre" on October 23—26, 2012.

The exhibition is the large regional forum of manufacturers of agricultural products. The exhibition aim is to promote sustainable agricultural development of rural areas; technical upgrading of agriculture and food processing industry; sharing best practices and progressive experience; introduction of advanced technologies, equipment and machinery; coordinating the interests of farmers, processors and traders; strengthening mutually beneficial business relations with Russian regions and foreign countries; increasing of competitiveness and quality of food products; development of science and innovation in agro-industrial complex.
The exhibition is usually held after the end of the agricultural work season, and it is also celebrated the Day of the workers of agriculture and food processing industry of the Irkutsk region. "Agricultural Week" is the most visited and covered by the media exhibition. There are the government structures of the region, heads of municipalities, heads and specialists of agricultural and processing enterprises and the general public among the visitors of the exhibition. About 10,000 people a day come to visit this exhibition.
